What we provide – We provide a safe haven with indoor and outdoor facilities. Clean and hygienic sleeping and recreational areas. Food, water, shelter and most importantly lots of play, love and cuddles. We create a 1:1 care plan prior to their stay so we know exactly how best to cater and care for your furry friend.
What happens if we are feeling poorly – If for any reason we have concerns about how your pet is feeling or behaving we will contact you in the first instance for a Facetime call. We have a fabulous relationship with our preferred vet at Total Vet services or can arrange an appointment at your preferred animal care provider at your expense.
What we need from you – We need to see proof of vaccination to ensure the safety of all our visitors. Any dietary requirements or preferences. How your loved one best likes to play or be engaged with. A personality assessment so we can best support you during your stay.
